Charging Policy

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival at the reception.

*Important note: Amounts over €500 can only be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Due to special payment terms, cancellations without penalty are not allowed.

• If cancellation is made between 13 days and 1 week prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• If cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• In case of changes, no-show, or early departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
